Recognising my house was nearly completed she organised a buyer to inspect the house early describing the house’ finishing so well she put an offer in after 2 inspections, thus saving me advertising, furniture staging, and interest payments. Just to clarify, Chrese sells properties, not guns! And boy does she do it well. Chrese is an ultimate professional whilst at the same time being very light hearted and personable. Within a fortnight of taking my property to market Chrese had not one but two offers on the table and we went to contract shortly after. There were a few hurdles along the way however Chrese's skill and experience shone through in the way she overcame them and guided the contract through to settlement.
