Even prior to dealing with Chrese on our purchase she was more than happy to assist us with market information and her in depth knowledge of the neighbourhood. During the purchase she was extremely easy to deal with and assisted with negotiation. As we bought a block of land she was able to advise us of builders and experience in that field.
