Although Chris was representing the seller, as buyers we still felt like we were also his client. He always kept us up-to-date with the processes and the status of each step. When he promised to follow up, he always delivered, I never needed to chase a response.
Chris's help from start to finish was superb. He kept me constantly informed. There was no "push" or "hard sell" from him which I greatly appreciated. He works hard to match purchasers & vendor.
