I first heard about 5/51 on the Saturday while visiting a unit in DY, closer to the beach. The agent heard me say the unit was too close to the beach, and understood exactly what I meant; he recommended I view 5/51 on the Monday night with an agent from Raine & Horne Dee Why. I viewed the unit on the Monday night and purchased the unit at auction on the next Saturday. One week was all it took! Chris and his agency were very courteous and professional, and Chris was very attentive when I requested early access to the unit to assist in my move.
