Once on the market he kept us fully informed of progress and was open and clear regarding the potential purchasers. The sale was achieved quickly and he kept his focus on all the parties to ensure that the purchaser’s finance approval was achieved as soon as possible to secure an unconditional sale. We have had a good result and the purchasers will have the pre-Xmas settlement they desired.
