Chris was very approachable and I would say a rare find in the Real Estate World as genuine and you didn't feel you were being delivered the hard sell. The market I purchased in was very agressive but Chris was not. Unfortunately due to supply and demand there were 5 potential purchasers all chasing the one property, this culminated in a blind auction taking place. which is never a position you want to be in.
