Chris knows what he is doing. He knows the local market as well as possible in these strange times. He took account of my views, explained his proposed tactics clearly, kept me up to date with developments, changed tactics quickly when necessary and was very helpful with my specific requests. The overall experience in dealing with him was good and the result achieved more than I expected. I was tempted to give him 5 stars but held back because the current market, and its massive influence on prices, makes it hard to rate any agent.
