Chris was an excellent agent. He gave us a realistic appraisal and was honest about the pro's and con's for the different selling strategies eg. auction vs normal sale. He returned our calls quickly and used online tracking tools to keep us up-to-date with the number of people attending our open house and how often they returned for another look. Chris had a good understanding of the market and although we had consider accepting some early offers his advice payed off and we ended up making much more than we had hoped for!!

Chris was excellent as our agent. He managed our expectations and most of all stress level. Ultimately he closed out the deal and got the job done so ultimately did a great job.

We were recently the successful bidders on a property that was marketed by Chris Andrews. We had dealings with Chris when he showed us a previous property in the Avoca Beach area. Chris is personable and extremely easy to deal with. Chris will go out of his way to accommodate a prospective purchaser in terms of doing his utmost to make a property available at flexible times.
