Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Chris Arnold. Throughout the entire sales process, he exhibited nonexistent communication skills and a complete lack of transparency. Rather than working for me as the sole legal owner, he took direction from my estranged husband—who is not a legal owner of the property. Chris repeatedly ignored direct seller instructions and even took people through the property without permission after an explicit written refusal. He failed to present all offers and enquiries, bypassed legal counsel, and pushed through a contract using high-pressure tactics. Save yourself the stress and deal with a professional agent instead.
