I had an NRAS unit that I wanted to sell and Chris was very proactive in contacting NRAS to find out what the investment opportunities were for a potential buyer and he took the time to explain it all to them. I believe that this went a long way towards the sale proceeding. I was very happy about this as I had a long-term tenant in the unit and I really wanted him to be able to stay there.
