We purchased a beautiful property in Murchison and were really disappointed in the service once we had committed to buy. We made an appointment to do a final inspection and were rushed through as Chris informed my wife he needed to pick up his child from the bus stop. She was there a total of fifteen minutes! On settlement day we arrived at the property expecting to meet for handover. After waiting, we decided to contact Chris to find out about collecting the keys and handover only to be informed that he was out playing golf and had hidden the keys on the property. We didn't hear from Chris again for two to three weeks afterwards. The most disappointing thing about the whole process was the fact that we had asked a question in regard to the property being a deceased estate and were lied to. It has taken the joy out of what should have been one of the most exciting times for us.

Chris was very easy to work with, he listened and understood what and where we were coming from, he helped us throughout the whole process from beginning to settlement with friendliness and courtesy, our expectations were met with confidence, friendliness and professionalism.
