Very pleased with the the outcome, particularly since the property was tenanted at the time. It wasn't an easy sell and Chris would have worked hard to sell the dream or vision of the properties potential. the tenants didn't so anything to help the cause so Chris needed to work harder to achieve the successful sale at the price I wanted. The good thing about dealing with Chris is that if the sale didn't go through as hoped, then he had a plan B ready to go to help the process along. Didn't need it but was happy to move forward with this as an option if the circumstances didn't change regarding the tenant affecting the sale of the property. Overall, very happy with Belle and would recommend them family and friends.
