The agents (Chris and Tiffanny ) knew exactly what was needed to get the house ready for open house. Discussing pricing options and pricing positioning was on par with what they could confidently achieve for us. There was no stress put onto the family from the first day we met. They guided us through the process including assisting with supplying handyman support. We had only one open house and meeting before the open house, their presence evoked calmness and confidence. Their communication after the open house was to the point and spot on. They were always available to take our call or promptly replied to our messages.
