Chris took on the role of obtaining a relatively high set reserve, all the time listening and supporting the family. On top of this we purchased another unit in the vicinity (not of Chris's portfolio) of which she assisted us with information, market price and tradesman to undertake improvements. Chris has become a family friend, asking after all 6 children regularly and showing genuine interest in the family. The unit did not sell at auction as we were not desperate to sell. She arranged tenancy and guidance and happy to say she found a purchaser 2 years subsequent at the price we wanted.
