Chris contacted us using his firms knowledge that we were looking. He then without being pushy, did an analysis of the property he had to sell and the other property we were keen to buy. We finally decided that his property was better for us than the other property which until the analysis was the preferred buy. As much as I would have preferred that he didn't coax as much in competing bids from our auction competitor, one could not fault him in looking after his selling owners and still running the auction at a reasonable pace. i would certainly have no difficulty in recommending Chris as a genuine soft sell agent, who was not guilty of under pricing to us, and I assume did not do the usual over exaggeration as to price with the vendors.

Chris has sold one property to us and sold two properties for us, all in Brighton. His attention to detail, presentation of the property and seeking buyers, as well as his hard work in all aspects of buying and selling is the best we've seen. He is also a gentleman. Good to know him
