I did quite a bit of research in order to determine who to trust to sell our home. Online research and face to face meetings, but i always go with my instinct and in this case it was clear that Chris and Mandy were the agents for us. I warned Chris and Mandy that i am quite overbearing and luckily for me, that didn't deter them. I talked and they listened and listened well! As requested i was kept in the loop immediately after opens, they touched base with me on a very regular basis during the week and i knew exactly what was going on during our campaign. I actually 'worked' with the agents we met and not like some other agencies, you meet one person, like their approach and surprise, surprise someone else ends up being your representing agent - not a good tactic if you ask me. We though NEVER had this problem! Both agents were ALWAYS present, very respectable and took the time to provide us with advice and recommendations as to which approach to take to get the best outcome. If you have a 'unique' property (like us) and live in a niche market, Chris and Mandy are the team for you. If you don't have a unique property or live in a niche market, Chris and Mandy are most definitely the team for you. They work hard to get the expected result and we definitely were not disappointed.
