Chris Chapman was introduced to us by my son, a builder, who has used Chris to sell all of his houses, and found him excellent to deal with, and with a wise and experienced head and excellent knowledge of the local market, and so followed him to his new job with JellisCraig. I can see why. Chris led us through the whole process from a valuation on our house, to what was needed to put it onto the market, and every step of the way until a sale was clinched, even when things looked a little fraught for reasons beyond anyone's control. He gave good advice, with no pressure at all, make smart predictions on the way things could turn out, so that at every step we had confidence in his judgements. He has excellent communication skills, both face to face and via phone and emails, and in fact his communications were frequent and useful - informative when needed, reassuring when needed and so on.
