Chris, Mandy and Misha's team work has been outstanding, every day in every way. From Day1 to Day are you Done - Sold for $835,000 it was a pleasure to prepare the house and garden for open house times. The numbers were good, comments encouraging, communication was excellent. Auction day was sunny, the house and garden looked picture perfect in pink. 'Think Pink' was the motto for the day, we were all in the pink on the day before Mothers Day. I was particularly pleased with the way Chris managed the auction, Mandy worked with the buyers and Misha recorded the bids. He called it as he felt it, no breaks, no checking with the Vendor............ are you all done? SOLD!!!!!! for a price beyond my dreams. Thankyou Chris, thankyou Mandy and thankyou Misha.
