Chris is a great person to work with and communicates well. He sets good timelines for the sale process but was prepared to modify them to take into account changing circumstances. His fees are very reasonable. Some of the extras he recommended (big sign near our entrance, pre-sale inspection) are probably necessary in a normal market. But in the hot market we experienced were probably unnecessay. The price he recommended may also have been a bit low as the final sale price was substantially higher. In the end we were quite happy with the sale price, but think that an auction may have been a better way to go in the unusual circumstances that occurred. The price we got was about what we expected, but may have been a bit low compared to other properties sold at the same time.

Chris always made us feel that selling our home was his top priority. This, combined with honest and clear communication, it could not have gone better. Clearly knowledgeable of the area, absolutely made selling a breeze for us!
