Chris proved to be the best agent we could have had. His knowledge of bush blocks was really very good. His initial feeling about price turned out to be the one that we sold for and not our slightly inflated one. When we ran into issues with boundaries not lining up, his advice was proved correct by a surveyor. His understanding of the sort of buyer we wanted was spot on and we got that person to buy in the end. He set up open homes for a property we thought didn't need them and the things we thought would be more important like rights of way onto the river, turned out to not so important. He's quite an understated agent which was important to us and I think, meant something to the buyer as well. And he turned the whole thing around in less than a month. No hesitation in recommending him.
