First contact with Chris showed me he would be a man of his word, he come to my property to value, he didn't promise the world like other did. He told me what i may get before even asking me what i wanted, he came to me with offers no where near the figure i wanted, he want to buyer everyday to try to improve their offer, only to be told they didn't have anymore. Buyer that brought my house put in a offer near what i was asking for but was low, and he was able to get the buyer up 5% higher than other which showed me he was working for his money.
