From the get-go Chris impressed me with his knowledge of the current market and his passion to achieve a magical result for us. He laid out his strategy for what was to be a normal straightforward 4 week auction campaign. COVID lockdown came into play and Chris was able to quickly pivot his strategy to allow for daily private inspections rather than the usual bi-weekly open for inspections. This turned out to be quite the task with an unprecedented number of groups taken through the property in the first week alone. His communication also greatly impressed me in that I received daily updates via phone calls or texts and then received a very detailed weekly report outlining the current thinking of all the prospective buyers. A large number of contracts were issued, and a short but sharp pre auction scuffle ensued, all amazingly managed by Chris. Sure enough a truly magical outcome was secured.
