Very helpful explaining issues to address and highlighting areas that will help sale. He was prompt getting the house on market and getting offers within 24 hours, advising to wait before accepting as more offers came in. Advised on presenting the house , styling and removing some personal items such as family photos etc. Also advised on things that I didn’t need to focus on and what buyers would be looking at most. He provided information relevant to the sales in the area. He kept me updated with all offers .He was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.
