Chris joined our Heart Foundation Walking Group and a couple of us got talking with Chris to see if he could come and do a property appraisal, he came did an appraisal $219-241,000 He rang a a couple of weeks later and said there was a buyer and an investor interested but I wasn't ready yet, then in May I saw a Villa in Batemans Bay up for Sale and Chris said he would do everything to help me sell my place and buy my new home, so Chris put everything in place and we went live on 28th May, Chris rang me that Thursday night and said a lady was interested at having a look the next morning, she had a look through and offered 240,000, the full price that I wanted even though was unreported, I had the Open House on the Saturday but no takers, so I excepted the offer of $240,000, so my place was SOLD IN TWO DAYS!!
