Good communication

Chris is a good guy, very friendly and good communication skills. He always kept us updated on what was happening and was always contactable if we had any questions. Our home was passed in at auction and he worked really hard on the day to try to secure a sale for us. We did receive an offer a couple of days after the auction which was great but unfortunately it was below our expectations (which were actually pretty reasonable). It is a funny market though so I’m not saying this was Chris’ fault or that another agent would’ve done better but it was just a bit disappointing. When we were deciding whether or not to accept the offer, we had lots of questions and Chris was very helpful. I also appreciated that he wasn’t pushing us either way on what to do.
