Chris and Dale willingly showed my wife and I around properties over the Christmas period. Not all agents in the area were prepared to do that. We had flown in from Brisbane to find a property and had limited time available to us. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris and Dale. Information provided to us about the local property market was informative and helpful. Final negotiations for the property we bought were handled professionally and promptly, never pushy. We must call out that Dale Stevenson, who was our main point of contact, was always available to take our calls and emails and went out of his way to accomodate our needs. Successful salespeople never have to sell and that was our experience with our purchase of the property through Homeland.
