As I am from interstate, I was looking for an Agent with whom I could work with remotely in Toowoomba. I came across Chris from NGU Real Estate Agency whilst searching the net for land sales and thereafter made contact with him. He came across very openly with the sale details and I thought, that with his layback manner, buyers would certainly warm to him. There and then, I thought he was the one to sell our property. Trying to sell land with a tenanted house on it that also needed to have the titles untied wasn't the easiest of tasks but Chris took it in his stride and managed to get a sale for one of the allotments within a very short period of time from an interstate buyer. We are still working with Chris on the sale of the last allotment and are looking forward to another successful sale very soon.
