The first time all I was looking for was an appraisal to separate finances from an ex-partner and he was more than happy to give his time for an honest opinion of my property even though he was aware that I had no intention of selling. As I found Chris to be friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I decided to call him again years later to seek his opinion for a possible sale and he even remembered me from years earlier. The sale of my property took only 3 weeks in an increasingly tougher market and not only put the property on the market but also project managed renovations and repairs to achieve the best possible price.
