Selling my apartment began with choosing an agent to work with, which wasn't easy as I had four on my 'short list'. Chris made the whole process easy, which was important as I'm living about three hours away from Sydney. I made the judgment that Chris's professed exemplary marketing & negotiating skills would be critical, & I'm sure that this proved to be the case, as the market was getting "difficult" due to interest rates rising and a hotting-up war unsettling everyone.
