When my offer to buy the apartment Chris showed me was accepted, there was a big hurdle to get over. The owner of the apartment had just signed a new 12 month lease with the tenant. I wanted the apartment as my home, and was desperate to settle and move in quickly. Chris was able to do some very clever negotiating with the owner, and the tenant, so that I was able to move into the apartment in less than 6 weeks. Chris found the tenant an identical apartment to move to, and everybody was happy! I have bought & sold many homes in Australia and overseas and I have never before had such excellent service by an agent. Thanks again Chris…I am still here and enjoying my home.
