We used Chris Foenander and Nhan Tran from NGU to sell our family home. We were delighted at how well the whole process was handled by the sales team from viewing, contract, building and pest inspection to settlement. The whole process was handled very professionally. We were well informed at each stage of the process. We were particularly impressed by the communication and negotiation skills they displayed during the process. Our home was sold in just a few days without 'open houses' or listing on real estate web sites for a great price. We would highly recommend them to any person looking at selling their home. We do not normally associate praise and positive reviews when talking about Estate Agents but Chris Foenander is the only exception we have found that deserves our recognition. From the moment we met Chris we were so impressed with his genuine friendliness and his positive approach which never wavered. Chris made us feel like we were his only clients with his attention and commitment to selling our home. Unfortunately we needed to move interstate whilst our house was on the market and we needed to rely heavily on Chris to manage our affairs and keep our house in order - he did not let us down we could not have asked for a more diligent and honest person!! Even despite a few unforeseen hiccups Chris remained in total control and would always keep us well informed, not once did Chris give us any reason to doubt his ability. We were thrilled at how quick Chris sold our house which certainly made our life so much easier and stress free. We will always be grateful to Chris and his tireless commitment to us. I met with a number of different agents and was not overly impressed. Chris blew me away with his enthusiasm and ability to take me on the journey for selling my property. I had never sold before and really didn't know what to do or expect. Chris eased any concerns I had and explained it all in terms I could understand. Ultimately Chris did a fantastic job selling my property and achieved a price I was happy with. I will definitely engage Chris again for any future activities.
