Chris Forde did an excellent job managing an unexpectedly challenging sale through to settlement. The buyers' building inspection identified termite damage and as sellers we had to engage a builder to remediate which delayed settlement for several months. Chris Forde played an important role keeping the buyer's agent, the buyers and us as clients comfortable with the delay and ensured a happy ending was achieved for all.
