He's a very optimistic real estate agent and helped me to stay hopeful during the the long process of selling my house which was on an easement, thereby making it harder to sell. Chris negotiated expertly through offers that were too low, and then created interest again when the offers stopped coming in. We shared a lot of open house feedback, and I always felt confident that Chris would sell my house. He was open and communicative about every aspect of the selling process. Dealing with Chris and the Place was a hassle-free, easy selling experience. We were kept updated at all stages of the process, from marketing through to contract negotiations and sale.
