From the moment I spoke to Chris on the phone about putting my house on the market he made the whole process easy and stress free. He knew the market in the area well and gave a much more thorough appraisal and feedback on our house than a couple of other Real Estates we’d contacted for an appraisal. We also found the way the appraisal was presented to be very professional. This was my families first time selling a house and Chris talked us through everything. Communication was amazing, we were kept in the loop about everything going on with inspections. We didn’t need many inspections though because our house was listed on a Friday and by Monday afternoon we were presented with an offer! From there Chris kept us and the buyers up to date with everything. We couldn’t be happier with our experience selling with Chris and will be recommending him to everyone.
