We had been in the running for a couple of houses with other Realestate agents and been frustrated, mislead and disappointed in the process, until we delt with Chris who was straight forward and transparent and let us know where we stood, making my wife and I comfortable in purchasing 31 lakeview parade, from first viewing on the Saturday, signing contract saturday arvo and finalized on Sunday evening in which he went in to give us peace of mind and confirmation that it was ours.
