I got Chris in to value my property more out of curiosity than anything. I was quite surprised at the price he tossed up, thought it was way too high. Turned out he was bang on the money. It was a lot more than I thought I would get. Chris had the job of selling it in a pandemic and put in a lot of extra work zooming prospective buyers. He had great local knowledge and founds people for conveyancing, repairs, termite certificate etc. he even arranged off his own bat to have the 3acres mowed and appealing when I couldn’t get up there.
