We always knew that our house was unique and wouldn't suit everyone. Chris was honest in his appraisal, realistic in his approach and committed to selling the property. We called up Jacobs & lowe because our friends had recommended them to us, We also used them to purchase our first home and remembered it went very smoothly. When Chris Garrett turned up, we liked him straight off, especially seeing that our dog, Alfie liked him which was amazing as he does not like anyone who is not family, and has been known to take chunks out of strangers. Dogs have a great sense for people, also too, my husband thought he was a great guy and he's a yorkshire man, not one for giving out too many compliments. Chris showed a genuine interest in what we wanted. so we decided to go with Chris to sell our home. We were not disappointed. Chris Garrett sold our home in around 3 weeks, at a price we where really happy with, it all went smoothly without a hitch, he kept in touch with us every step of the way, he was at the purchasers house past 9pm signing the contact and then back to us to us to sign too, it must of been gone 10pm when he got home. We also want to say a huge thank you to him because not only did he sell our house, Chris also helped us purchase our next house, which was to no benefit to him, as it was not only another agent but a totally different real estate agency. however he turned up at another agency's office to look through the contract and help us with the wording etc.. before we signed. We were amazed by the service he gave us, and we will certainly use him again every time.
