Where do we even begin to put into words about the amazing experience of selling! We were dreading having to deal with real estate agents, fees, the market .. all of it. We lined up a few agents, interviewed them and asked what they could do for us. Chris, by far, absolutely sold us from the second he walked into our property. He explained everything to us honestly and transparently. No question was stupid, and answered it with finesse! We were super impressed and decided that we didn’t need to look any further and cancelled our other meetings with agents that we had set up. The whole process from the start was smooth and so easy for us as sellers. Chris and his team ( shout out to Megan!) secured a contract for us within 48 hours of being on the market.. for above what we were asking- which we thought.. YESS! Going through the motions, Chris and Megan had a feeling that the seller would pull out, so started on a back up. Well - they were right! And at the 11th hour the buyer pulled out much to our devastation. BUT I swear it was less then an hour, and our property was back under contract for just under $60k more then the contract that fell through. Ecstatic doesn’t even begin to explain how we felt. Chris is the most approachable, down to earth agent that we have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with. 10000% would recommend and will be using for every property we sell moving forward. He’s number 1 for a reason .. don’t even waste your time with anyone else.
I have known Chris for some time now. He goes out of his way to help people even if it is outside Real Estate Sales and Management. I believe he has achieved the highest price for our property even though this is not the area he normally works in. I would highly recommend him and will always use him.

He got excellent knowledge of the Drewvale suburb and knows very well about the taste of people around. He uplifts the value of the home in the suburb to keep it competitive in the market.
