Chris was transparent and kept me up-to-date all throughout the buying process. Thanks for your help Chris. I have been looking for a very long time and it couldn't have come at a better time as this. The exchange process was seamless and convenient. I'm glad that I managed to buy before the interest goes down. I am relieved and can enjoy my weekends going forward.
We had an exceptional experience working with Chris. From start to finish, his communication was clear and consistent, making the process smooth and stress-free. We found him to be trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile to help us with any questions or concerns. His dedication and professionalism truly set him apart. Highly recommend!
I've purchased a property from Chris a few years ago, and enjoyed the process so much, we sold that same property with him a few years later. We've worked with lots of real estate agents whilst buying our new home in the past few months, and Chris by far is one of the most authentic, pragmatic, reliable and just honest we've come across. At the same time, I am confident he got us one of the best price for our own property, at the fastest rate possible. We ended up selling off market, and had engaged Chris quite early, and so he had options of potential buyers and kept us in mind so that when we needed to sell we had some options. Chris remained cool calm and collected throughout the process, kept us informed every step of the way, and gave us great advice balancing our need to sell quick, with what he thought a good offer would be and what we might get if we went to market. I felt incredibly confident in his expertise throughout the entire process and clear on what was required every step of the way. I truly felt like he had our best interests at heart, and was doing everything right by us during the negotiations. Trust that Chris is by far one of the most honest, authentic and transparent real estate agents in the area. He doesn't over sell himself or what he can get to get your business, but doesn't leave a cent on the table and negotiates in your best interest every step of the way. Thankyou Chris!
Chris's knowledge of the local market was top notch. He worked hard on each potential buyer and focused on those who weren't tire kickers. His communication was spot on, and importantly, he did what he said he was going to do. We were completely satisfied with the outcome.
Chris has worked with me as both buyer and vendor and was excellent in both situations. He knows the market, is skilled, authentic and genuinely endeavours to get the best result for both sides of the sale. Chris communicates well and has timely follow through on actions. He is supported by a great team and demonstrates respectful and supportive leadership. I would highly recommend Chris who made the whole sales experience very easy with an outstanding outcome.
Chris is down to earth and honest. He always acted with integrity, was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. Although we had a challenging “main road” address he was able to achieve a sound result by tweaking the sales strategy when needed and utilising his strong negotiation skills. We would happily recommend Chris, Claire and the Ray White team and commend them on the smooth process with which they sold our property.
From the moment we met Chris at the property which stole our hearts we found him to be trustworthy and up front about his vendor’s expectations. This did not vary throughout the campaign as it does with many agents and we found him to have acted with integrity from that moment on. He was working for the vendor as much as he was to get us into the property. He did. And with an easy-going manner and we enjoyed a stress-free pre-auction sale.
Chris has detailed knowledge of the local area which he shares in a balanced informative and impartial way. He offers guidance to the client in a non-pressurised manner always a pleasure to deal with. He is quick to respond and extremely helpful.
Chris and the team provided sound advice, great communication and achieved an outstanding result for our sale. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
I live in Perth, WA, and Chris's excellent communication, market knowledge, and follow-up skills made selling my property in Cremorne, NSW, incredibly easy and straightforward. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Chris was an excellent agent and someone we would recommend to any vendor. His knowledge of the market was excellent and his communication with us was first class. When it came to negotiating with potential buyers he excelled and achieved a result that was above expectations.
I recenty had the pleasure of dealing with Chris for the purchase of a beautiful free standing home in Holdsworth Street, Neutral Bay. Chris was super easy to deal with, transparent and acting in his vendor's best interest. He was excellent at being able to "read the room" and achieving the best possible outcome. As a Buyers Agent who deals with real estate agents daily, I found Chris to be great operator and an area expert. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless experience!
