His knowledge of their financial capacity, approach to the sale, and their housing preferences enabled us (as the sellers) to appropriately pitch the sale of our house. Chris also provided regular updates on the sale process and its progress toward the auction. This information enabled us to adapt the sale of our townhouse over time.
