I know Chris when I was looking to buy my first home. Liked his motivation, negotiation skills and encouragement to make a sale. Great communication skill and very prompt with updating me about inspections and possibilities. I personally did a few open house inspections before signing the contract with the agency and wasn't impressed the way a few other agents (Including a top agent in Ballarat) dealt with me. A few others in the same agency were also good. I would suggest Chris and Ballarat property Group.
