There is more and more real estate agencies, more difficult than ever to choose right agent. Chris discussed with us the property and selling strategy as we were selling property in country area. He also suggested getting another agent (Mark), at first we did hesitate but when we understood that this is our best interest we agreed. With surprise we found that Mark took all commission and Christ did all that to help us and get best result for us and he did not hesitate to loose good money to get us happy. Not often such sacrifice you would see from the stranger. We sold property in such short time that we did not have even time to think about the sale and the price was very good. The agency fees were not the lowest they were perfectly justified and honestly that was the money best spent for many years. We engaged Chris to sell another property and will come back to him. Chris is great agent looking after his client in the best possible way. Trust that opinion as we had many another agents before and in most cases some disappointment is still in our mind even after years.
