Chris did a great job in working up interest in the house we were selling. It was a rabbit warren of a place on a small block. It was in a great location which was all it had going for it. Chris was unrelenting in continuing to keep interest strong, he had a range of options to implement as the weeks turned into a couple of months and them bam - two interested buyers.
