It is hard for me to answer this rating request. I was not Chris's client. Rather, I was the purchaser from Chris's client. That said, Chris certainly put a lot of effort into ensuring that once the sale had been agreed, the agreement was quickly recorded in the usual manner despite some substantial logistical difficulties. He even drove from Wahroonga to the Central Coast on a Friday afternoon to obtain his client's signature. In addition, he was very accommodating in my requests for an initial and follow-up inspections outside the usual schedule. At those inspections, he answered enquiries but otherwise let me proceed unhindered through the property.
