Chris really persevered for us as our agent in the sale of our apartment, through both a quiet period in the market and negotiating with a difficult first buyer, who ultimately rescinded. Chris then found us the perfect buyer for our apartment, and secured us a great sale price. This was our first home, so Chris helped us to understand the selling and negotiation process, as we really didn't have an idea of how it all worked.
