From our initial meeting up until the sale of the house Chris was helpful and trustworthy and always attentive to my requests with a positive attitude. Selling a relatives estate property in Bentleigh East was difficult enough, but the fact I was based in Queensland meant I needed to rely 100% on my agent. Chris didn't disappoint (and excelled in the role) assisting in selecting tradespeople and a staging company to present the property in the best possible light. This resulted in a sale price that I am very happy with. I have sold a number of properties and this by far has been my best agent experience.
