This is the second property we have entrusted Chris to sell. Chris stands out from other agents, due to his upbeat, positive and ‘can do’ attitude. He engenders confidence in the vendor that he will sell the property and get the best price. He can see the strengths in the property and advocate them to potential buyers. When we experienced a drop in the market during the campaign due to the COVID crisis, he was able to have honest and sometimes difficult discussions as needed. Our resilience was tested trying to sell throughout the COVID lockdown, but Chris maintained regular contact and helped us keep positive. Chris is a strategic thinker and consults with the vendor to determine the best way forward in the campaign, always respecting the vendors point of view and feelings.
