Chris’ approach is data driven, he was constantly sharing feedback on how we were tracking with impressions, call-backs, open houses and contracts – helping to paint a picture of the campaign momentum and assess how we were going. When it came to purchasers bidding, Chris advocated for me strongly – without his guidance, I was willing to accept an early offer which was $100k less than the final price. Chris encouraged me to be patient, look at the data and to trust him to continue to speak with vendors.
