Thank goodness, no more open for inspections! Persistent agent = great results

I honestly could not have asked for a better agent. From the outset, I found Chris to be dedicated, ridiculously persistent and he, quite remarkably considering the challenging market, always maintained a positive attitude. His sense of humour made the process enjoyable (yes, he even puffed the cushions for those annoying open homes!) managing to keep things light whilst staying professional. Chris was quick to shift gears and lift inspection numbers, without undervaluing the property. When it came time to negotiate he was calm, strategic and absolutely on point.
