The Good Things - Prompt communicator, quick to organise the contract. The Bad Things - Chris lied about the availability and cost of carparking in the building. This resulted in us having no carpark! After we complained, he refused any further communication, sent a bizarre email denying all prior correspondence, and made bizarre allegations of "psychological projection." The apartment was not listed for sale online - it was a private sale. Chris created the Realestate.com.au listing after the sale to back-up his claim that there was no agreement about carparking. - Chris recommended that we instead park in the allocated disability car parking space. It speaks volumes to Chris' integrity. - Chris made an error in the contract that would have cost us about $9,100 in stamp duty. The conveyancer discovered the error and organised for it to be fixed. When this was raised with Chris, he said it was due to a longer than usual settlement period, which actually has no bearing on the matter. - Chris disclosed sensitive information about the sellers. He was very denigrating of them. He told us about the male seller's alleged affairs and described humiliating aspects to the sellers' separation. He repeatedly used curse words to describe them, both of which start with the letter B. - Chris attempted to delay settlement at the last minute, which was extremely stressful. He lied by stating that he was unsure if the tenant had moved out. It turned out that Chris tried to delay settlement because he had not attempted to fix items in the apartment which were his agreed responsibility. He hadn't done his job and we risked a period of homelessness because of his laziness. - Chris was asked to attend mediation by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. He refused. He was invited a second time, this time through his manager, and his manager refused on his behalf.

So happy with my new home!! Chris provided honest and open communication on the property and the market at all times. Chris allowed myself and my family numerous opportunities to view the apartment and answered with confidence any questions we had.
